I’m nearing the point of gathering users for a test of my game. Pretty simple at the moment, no doubt, but the rewards are as awesome as the users playing! Head over to my website, register, and as soon as it’s ready to go, I’ll send you all invites!

UDPATE 5/13/15 10PM:
All day I’ve been working on this. I’ve been sick, but with some water and crackers, I’ve managed to make it to bedtime. I’ve finished the respawing after winning a level which adjusts your speed and the enemies’ speeds up. It will continue to do so until you die. And you will die. Lots. The high score page is functional and will be put on the login page to make your rivals weep with dismay at such high scores that mere mortals can offer! Just a couple more little things to iron out. AI is going to happen soon…right now the game is very deterministic (sadly), but I do have great plans for the game in the future. 2 things left and we’ll be playing to our hearts content! UPDATE 5/12/15 8:30 PM:
After 2 hours of tinkering I have managed to get the game to just about ready to play. The level loads. The player and enemies spawn properly. It taunts you when you’re dead. Up next: If you manage to win the level, it will reload the level with faster everything, and maybe an extra enemy or two. I have to figure out how to push the data to the database and have a “high score” page…some php will fix that. Not bad for someone who’s learned all this stuff in a week… :-)
UPDATE 5/12/15 (at work, shhhhh):
There are a few tasks left. Respawning when players die, pushing data to the server are the two biggest right now and hopefully the respawn issue will be resolved today at some point.
